Key Responsibilities
- Build and run the company’s operating system: workflows, SOPs, KPIs, org structures.
- Lead digital transformation across CRM, ERP, Notion, HRMS, and contact center platforms.
- Drive automation, alerts, dashboards, and decision systems for speed and clarity.
- Design org structures, performance systems, talent charters, and leadership pipelines.
- Create a playbook for multi-clinic expansion, operational readiness, and scalability.
Requirements
- 8–12+ years in management consulting or transformation leadership (healthcare/multi-site).
- Expertise in operations design, automation tools, performance frameworks.
- Hands-on with BI tools, CRM/ERP systems, and workflow platforms.
- Comfortable working directly with founders and owning cross-functional programs.
- GCC healthcare knowledge preferred.
