Key Responsibilities

• Provide highly personalized and anticipatory service to all guests.
• Anticipate guest needs and fulfill requests promptly and efficiently.
• Coordinate with various hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Assist guests with check-in, check-out, packing, and unpacking services.
• Arrange reservations, transportation, and special amenities.
• Maintain confidentiality and privacy for all guests.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Butler or in a similar luxury hospitality role.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Impeccable grooming and professional presentation.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
