Key Responsibilities
- Provide highly personalized and anticipatory service to all guests, ensuring a memorable stay.
- Assist guests with all requests, including unpacking, packing, garment care, and scheduling appointments.
- Maintain the cleanliness, order, and overall ambiance of guest suites and assigned areas.
- Coordinate seamlessly with various departments to fulfill guest needs and preferences efficiently.
- Handle all guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints with professionalism and discretion.
- Anticipate guest needs and preferences to proactively deliver exceptional service.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Butler or in a similar guest-facing luxury hospitality role.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Impeccable grooming, professional demeanor, and a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality regarding guest information.
- Strong organizational skills and the capacity to multitask effectively.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is a significant advantage.
