Key Responsibilities
- Manage procurement processes from requisition to delivery, ensuring efficiency and compliance.
- Negotiate contracts with suppliers to secure optimal terms, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
- Analyze market trends and identify new sourcing opportunities to enhance product offerings.
- Ensure timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services, preventing supply chain disruptions.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to forecast demand and optimize inventory levels effectively.
- Maintain strong relationships with vendors and continuously evaluate supplier performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in purchasing or supply chain management, preferably in retail.
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills with a proven track record.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment and manage multiple priorities.
