Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans for assigned categories.
• Negotiate contracts, terms, and prices with suppliers to achieve cost savings and optimize value.
• Manage supplier relationships, performance, and risk to ensure high-quality and timely delivery.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (R&D, Production, Quality) to understand procurement needs and specifications.
• Monitor market trends and identify new opportunities for innovation and supply chain efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical purchasing practices.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Buyer or in a similar purchasing/supply chain role, preferably in a technology or manufacturing environment.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex supplier relationships.
• Solid understanding of procurement processes, contract management, and supply chain best practices.
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of Portuguese is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.
