Job Overview

Wynn Al Marjan Island is seeking a Buyer to join the resort’s Procurement Team. The Buyer will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and ordering goods and services for F&B, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness, and maintaining strong supplier relations.

Wynn Al Marjan Island, scheduled to open in the United Arab Emirates in early 2027, is designed as an opulent beachside destination. The integrated resort will feature 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 restaurants and lounges, a theater, nightclub, and a five-star spa on Al Marjan Island, located less than 50 minutes from Dubai International Airport.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, negotiate, process, and order goods and services for F&B.
• Ensure accurate recording of purchasing information and data entry tasks.
• Monitor and document the sourcing, negotiating of price and availability of product.
• Maintain productive business relations with suppliers.
• Manage inventory levels in collaboration with end users and Inventory Control.
• Enforce Procurement internal controls, policies, and procedures.

Requirements

• Secondary school diploma or above.
• Minimum of 2 years’ related experience in a luxury hotel & resorts of food & beverages procurement.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong integrity and well-organised.
• Team player who responds quickly to demands.
• Ability to thrive in a high-pressure work environment.
