Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and monitor mechanical and process construction activities on site.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with various disciplines, contractors, and project stakeholders.
- Review technical documentation, drawings, and work procedures.
- Track project progress, identify potential issues, and propose solutions.
- Participate in site inspections, quality control, and testing activities.
Requirements
- Relevant Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Process, or related field).
- Proven experience in mechanical and process construction follow-up, preferably in the oil and gas industry.
- Strong understanding of relevant industry codes and standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Norwegian and English.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Proficiency in relevant project management and engineering software.
