Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and monitor mechanical and process construction activities on site.
  • Ensure compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and safety regulations.
  • Coordinate with various disciplines, contractors, and project stakeholders.
  • Review technical documentation, drawings, and work procedures.
  • Track project progress, identify potential issues, and propose solutions.
  • Participate in site inspections, quality control, and testing activities.

Requirements

  • Relevant Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Process, or related field).
  • Proven experience in mechanical and process construction follow-up, preferably in the oil and gas industry.
  • Strong understanding of relevant industry codes and standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Norwegian and English.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Proficiency in relevant project management and engineering software.
