Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive analysis of public tender documents and specifications.
• Accurately calculate all costs, required resources, and project timelines for bid submissions.
• Prepare detailed financial proposals and compelling tender submissions.
• Collaborate effectively with project teams to develop competitive and compliant offers.
• Identify and evaluate potential risks and opportunities associated with tender processes.
• Stay informed on relevant public procurement legislation, regulations, and market trends.

Requirements

• Proven experience in tender calculation or cost estimation, with a preference for public procurement.
• Exceptional analytical skills and a meticulous attention to detail.
• Demonstrated proficiency in financial modeling and relevant software applications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work autonomously and contribute effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Fluency in Dutch and English is essential for this role in Belgium.
