Key Responsibilities

• Perform accurate cost estimations for bespoke interior and cooling projects.
• Calculate material quantities, labor costs, and overheads for each project.
• Support the preparation of tenders and financial proposals with detailed breakdowns.
• Collaborate closely with design, production, and installation teams on project budgets.
• Analyze project specifications and drawings to ensure precise financial planning.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of material costs, industry trends, and regulatory standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience in calculation, estimation, or a related financial role within manufacturing or construction.
• Strong analytical skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Proficiency with relevant calculation and spreadsheet software (e.g., Excel).
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and project plans.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective team collaboration.
