Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat professionally.
  • Provide accurate and helpful information regarding Axis Wallet and Axis Payouts products and services.
  • Efficiently resolve customer issues and complaints, ensuring high satisfaction.
  • Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the CRM system.
  • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to appropriate departments for further support.
  • Maintain a high standard of customer service and contribute to a positive brand image.
