Key Responsibilities
- Make proactive outbound calls and respond to inbound leads across platforms.
- Convert enquiries into confirmed showroom appointments with urgency and care.
- Understand each customer’s needs and match them with the right solutions.
- Maintain accurate call logs and notes within the CRM.
- Partner with the sales team to ensure smooth customer handovers.
Requirements
- Fluent in Arabic and proficient in English (spoken and written).
- Prior experience in customer service, call centre, or automotive industry preferred.
- Confident communicator with strong phone and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized with a proactive, target-driven attitude.
- Able to multitask in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.
