Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee all operational aspects of the mining camp, including accommodation, catering, and facilities maintenance.
- Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations and company policies within the camp.
- Develop and implement efficient logistics, inventory management, and maintenance schedules for camp facilities.
- Supervise and lead camp staff, fostering a positive, productive, and safe working environment.
- Effectively manage camp budgets, resources, and procurement processes.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all camp-related issues, inquiries, and resolutions.
Requirements
- Proven extensive experience in camp management, preferably within the mining, remote site, or large-scale industrial sectors.
- Demonstrated strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage and motivate diverse teams in challenging and remote environments.
- In-depth knowledge of relevant health, safety, and environmental standards and protocols.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or Engineering is preferred.
