    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage and oversee all operational aspects of the mining camp, including accommodation, catering, and facilities maintenance.
    • Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations and company policies within the camp.
    • Develop and implement efficient logistics, inventory management, and maintenance schedules for camp facilities.
    • Supervise and lead camp staff, fostering a positive, productive, and safe working environment.
    • Effectively manage camp budgets, resources, and procurement processes.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for all camp-related issues, inquiries, and resolutions.

    Requirements

    • Proven extensive experience in camp management, preferably within the mining, remote site, or large-scale industrial sectors.
    • Demonstrated strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
    • Ability to manage and motivate diverse teams in challenging and remote environments.
    • In-depth knowledge of relevant health, safety, and environmental standards and protocols.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
    • A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or Engineering is preferred.
