Job Overview

Bareen Group is hiring a full-time, on-site Captain Waiter for a dynamic restaurant & club setting in Abu Dhabi. You’ll supervise the service team, ensure seamless front-of-house operations, coordinate with kitchen and bar, and deliver an elevated guest experience through precise order taking, timely delivery, and professional issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and guide waiters/service staff during shifts; assign sections and oversee standards.
• Check table setup before service; ensure efficient clearing/resetting post-service.
• Welcome guests, take accurate orders, and ensure timely food/beverage delivery.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar to maintain smooth pass timing and quality.
• Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism.
• Train and mentor new staff on SOPs, grooming, hygiene, and service etiquette.
• Support seating plans, events, and daily floor operations with management.
• Maintain POS accuracy, cash/void controls, and basic admin records.

Requirements

• 2+ years as Captain/Head Waiter in restaurant, lounge, or club.
• Strong leadership, communication, and guest-service skills.
• Fluent in English; Arabic/other languages an advantage.
• Presentable, well-groomed; solid POS knowledge and floor admin.
• UAE-based; immediate or short-notice availability.
