Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily car park operations, ensuring efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Manage car park staff, including scheduling, training, and performance monitoring.
- Oversee parking equipment and systems, ensuring proper functionality and maintenance.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve parking-related issues promptly.
- Implement and enforce car park policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
- Monitor car park occupancy and revenue, preparing reports as required.
Requirements
- Previous experience in car park management or a related supervisory role (2+ years preferred).
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage a team and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and parking management systems.
- Customer-focused attitude with problem-solving abilities.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, as per airport operational needs.
