Key Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care activities, including bathing, dressing, and toileting.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.
• Monitor residents’ health and well-being, reporting any concerns to the nursing staff.
• Assist with mobility and transfers, using appropriate equipment and techniques.
• Help residents participate in social and recreational activities.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Care Assistant or in a similar role is preferred.
• Compassionate and caring nature with a genuine interest in helping others.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to follow instructions and adhere to care plans.
