Key Responsibilities
- Provide personal care and support to clients in their own homes.
- Assist with daily living activities, including meal preparation and medication administration.
- Maintain a safe and comfortable environment for clients.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and their families.
- Follow care plans and report any changes in clients’ conditions.
Requirements
- Compassionate and caring attitude.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Previous care experience is desirable but not essential.
