Key Responsibilities

• Provide personal care assistance to residents, including bathing, dressing, and toileting.
• Assist residents with mobility and transfers, ensuring their safety and comfort.
• Administer medications as directed by healthcare professionals.
• Monitor residents’ health and well-being, reporting any concerns to the nursing staff.
• Engage residents in social and recreational activities to promote their emotional and mental well-being.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a caregiving role preferred.
• Compassionate and patient demeanor with a genuine desire to help others.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Valid certification in first aid and CPR.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
