They are the national accreditation and certification agency for financial industry competency in Singapore and manage professional conversion programmes. Requirements
- Proven experience in career counseling or advisory services, preferably within the financial sector.
- Strong understanding of the financial industry landscape and career opportunities in Singapore.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills.
- Ability to build rapport and provide guidance to diverse individuals.
- Familiarity with Singapore’s Skills Framework for Financial Services and Adapt and Grow initiative is a plus.
