  • Collaborate with IBF and industry partners to support career development initiatives.
  • Maintain client records and track progress of advisory services.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in career counseling or advisory services, preferably within the financial sector.
  • Strong understanding of the financial industry landscape and career opportunities in Singapore.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and provide guidance to diverse individuals.
  • Familiarity with Singapore’s Skills Framework for Financial Services and Adapt and Grow initiative is a plus.
