Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive career counseling and guidance to students.

• Assist students with resume writing, interview preparation, and job search strategies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with employers to secure placement opportunities.
• Track, analyze, and report on student career and internship outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Counseling, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in career services, student advising, or recruitment, preferably within a higher education setting.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Strong organizational abilities with proven capacity to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Knowledge of local and international job markets, as well as best practices in internship programs.
• Ability to work effectively with diverse student populations and employer partners.
