Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive careers guidance and counselling to students across various age groups.

• Support students with university applications, personal statements, and interview preparation.
• Collaborate with academic staff and parents to align career guidance with curriculum and student needs.
• Stay informed about global higher education trends, admission requirements, and employment market changes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Counselling, Education, Psychology, or a related field.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with students, parents, and staff.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Knowledge of various career pathways and higher education systems (e.g., UK, US, local).
• A proactive approach to student development and a passion for guiding young individuals.
• Proficiency in using career assessment tools and resources is a plus.
