Key Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of workplace injury claims, providing support and guidance to injured workers.
• Develop and implement tailored return-to-work plans in collaboration with workers, employers, and medical professionals.
• Liaise with various stakeholders including employers, medical providers, and government schemes.
• Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and EML’s policies and procedures.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date case notes and documentation.
• Monitor worker progress and adjust plans as necessary to facilitate recovery and return to work.

Requirements

• Proven experience in case management, preferably within workers’ compensation or a related field.
• Strong understanding of injury prevention and return-to-work principles.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in case management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
