Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate individual student cases, ensuring comprehensive support plans.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to address student needs effectively.
- Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as necessary to ensure success.
- Maintain accurate, confidential, and up-to-date student records and documentation.
- Advocate for students’ academic, social, and emotional well-being within the school system.
- Facilitate communication and partnerships between school, home, and external agencies.

- Proven experience in case management, preferably within an educational setting.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for diverse interactions.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse student populations and their families.
