Key Responsibilities
- Process and administer transactions and documentation related to various funds.
- Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and internal policies.
- Handle inquiries from internal departments and external partners concerning fund operations.
- Support the daily back office functions for pension and banking products.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency in fund administration.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for all fund-related activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in back office operations, fund administration, or financial services.
- Solid understanding of financial products, particularly pensions and investment funds.
- Strong analytical skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Proficiency in relevant financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
