    Key Responsibilities

    • Process and administer transactions and documentation related to various funds.
    • Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and internal policies.
    • Handle inquiries from internal departments and external partners concerning fund operations.
    • Support the daily back office functions for pension and banking products.
    • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency in fund administration.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for all fund-related activities.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in back office operations, fund administration, or financial services.
    • Solid understanding of financial products, particularly pensions and investment funds.
    • Strong analytical skills and exceptional attention to detail.
    • Proficiency in relevant financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
