Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of Cash and Voucher Assistance (CVA) programs.
- Ensure CVA activities align with Save the Children’s humanitarian principles and standards.
- Conduct market assessments and feasibility studies for CVA interventions.
- Manage budgets and financial disbursements for CVA programs.
- Provide technical support and capacity building to field teams on CVA methodologies.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness and impact of CVA initiatives.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of humanitarian principles and CVA programming.
- Experience in project management, especially in emergency contexts.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and reporting skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and challenging environment.
- Proficiency in English and potentially local languages (e.g., French, Swahili).
