Key Responsibilities

• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash, card, and digital payments.
• Manage daily cash float, reconcile balances, and prepare comprehensive financial reports.
• Maintain strict adherence to financial policies, procedures, and security protocols.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving discrepancies politely.
• Assist with various administrative and accounting tasks as required by the finance department.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and company standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a cashier or in a similar financial transaction role.
• Strong numerical aptitude and exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer interaction.
• Ability to handle transactions accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems and basic accounting software.
• High level of integrity, trustworthiness, and a professional demeanor.
