Key Responsibilities
- Ensure efficient and timely processing of cash receipts and payments.
- Receive cheques/cash from collectors daily and match monies received to invoices.
- Maintain records of cash advances and collate related paperwork.
- Oversee and record all petty cash transactions for Swaidan Head Office.
- Reconcile monies collected daily from various sources.
- Prepare bank slips for cash deposits and monitor post-dated cheques.
Requirements
- BS degree in Accounting/Finance.
- Minimum 3 years of related experience.
- Fluent in English; Arabic an advantage.
- Good math skills and the ability to spot numerical errors.
- Computer skills.
