Key Responsibilities
- Handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Process payments, issue receipts, and manage refunds or exchanges as required.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting checkout area.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Balance cash drawers at the end of each shift and report any discrepancies.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures regarding cash handling and transactions.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Cashier or in a similar financial transaction role.
- Strong mathematical skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication abilities.
- Ability to operate point-of-sale (POS) systems and related equipment.
- High level of integrity, reliability, and trustworthiness.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
