The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately processing financial transactions, managing cash, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure a smooth and pleasant experience for all clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Process payments, issue receipts, and manage refunds or exchanges as required.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting checkout area.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Balance cash drawers at the end of each shift and report any discrepancies.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures regarding cash handling and transactions.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Cashier or in a similar financial transaction role.
• Strong mathematical skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication abilities.
• Ability to operate point-of-sale (POS) systems and related equipment.
• High level of integrity, reliability, and trustworthiness.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
