Key Responsibilities
- Manage all cash and credit transactions accurately, ensuring proper reconciliation.
- Perform daily night audit procedures to balance accounts and prepare financial reports.
- Assist guests with inquiries, check-ins, and check-outs during night hours.
- Maintain a secure and welcoming front desk environment for all guests.
- Ensure compliance with company financial policies and procedures.
- Generate end-of-day reports for management review.
Requirements
- Strong numerical and accounting skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently during night shifts.
- Proficiency in hotel management software and POS systems (preferred).
- High level of integrity and trustworthiness.
- Flexibility to work on a rotational schedule, including weekends and holidays.
