- Provide excellent customer service, answering guest inquiries and explaining game rules.

- Collaborate with the casino team to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Casino Dealer, preferably within a cruise or resort environment.
- Strong knowledge of various casino games and excellent dealing skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, international, and customer-focused environment.
- High level of integrity and commitment to ethical practices.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts and extended hours as required on a cruise ship.
