Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive category strategies to drive sales and market share growth.
- Manage key relationships with partners, negotiating terms and optimizing their presence on the platform.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to identify new opportunities.
- Monitor and report on category performance, taking corrective actions as needed.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and product, to execute initiatives.
- Ensure a seamless and delightful experience for both partners and end-users within your category.
Requirements
- Proven experience in category management, sales, or business development, preferably in e-commerce or retail.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work strategically and operationally in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and identifying growth opportunities.
- Fluency in English and Ukrainian is highly preferred.
