Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the data strategy for pricing within the CEE region.

  • Identify opportunities for data standardization, automation, and improvement in pricing processes.
  • Lead and mentor a team of data professionals, fostering a culture of data excellence.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and internal data security policies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in data management, pricing analytics, or a similar data leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of data governance principles and data lifecycle management.
  • Proven experience with data analysis tools and platforms (e.g., SQL, Python, R, BI tools).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and complex organizational environment.
