Key Responsibilities
- Assist with wine processing operations, including crushing, pressing, and fermentation.
- Perform cellar duties such as racking, blending, and filtration.
- Clean and maintain tanks, barrels, and winery equipment to high standards.
- Monitor wine quality and temperature, taking samples as required.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations within the cellar.
- Support the winemaking team in various tasks as directed.

- Ability to perform physical tasks in a winery environment, including lifting and standing for long periods.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team.
