Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and process customs declarations for all import and export operations.
  • Ensure full compliance with Czech and EU customs regulations and procedures.
  • Prepare, verify, and maintain comprehensive customs documentation and records.
  • Act as the primary contact for customs authorities and external logistics partners.
  • Provide expert advice and support on customs-related matters to internal departments.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize customs processes and reduce lead times.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Customs Declarant or Customs Agenda Specialist.
  • In-depth knowledge of current customs legislation, tariffs, and trade agreements (Czech and EU).
  • Ability to accurately classify goods and calculate customs duties.
  • Proficiency in relevant customs software and MS Office applications.
  • Strong analytical skills and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach.
