Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Centre.
- Manage incoming calls, correspondence, and greet visitors professionally.
- Assist in maintaining organized records, reports, and documentation.
- Support the sales and aftersales teams with various clerical tasks.
- Ensure the smooth operation of daily Centre activities.
- Contribute to a positive and efficient working environment.
Requirements
- Proven experience (2+ years preferred) in an administrative or support role.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- A keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to tasks.
