Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative and executive support to the CEO.
  • Conduct business analysis, research, and data interpretation to support strategic decisions.
  • Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and other documents for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage the CEO’s schedule, appointments, and travel arrangements efficiently.
  • Assist in project coordination and follow-up on key organizational initiatives.
  • Facilitate effective communication between the CEO and various departments or external partners.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in an administrative or executive assistant role, preferably with a business analysis component.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Mandarin.
  • Proficiency in office software, including MS Office Suite and presentation tools.
  • High level of organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
