Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Extensive experience (10+ years) in change management, project management, or IT consulting, particularly in large-scale digital transformation.
• Proven ability to successfully lead and deliver complex, cross-functional digital transformation projects.
• Strong understanding of IT services, emerging technologies, and industry trends in the Americas.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to influence and engage stakeholders.
• Ability to thrive and work effectively in a dynamic, multinational, and multicultural business environment.
• Demonstrated strategic thinking, problem-solving capabilities, and a results-oriented approach.
