Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- Extensive experience (10+ years) in change management, project management, or IT consulting, particularly in large-scale digital transformation.
- Proven ability to successfully lead and deliver complex, cross-functional digital transformation projects.
- Strong understanding of IT services, emerging technologies, and industry trends in the Americas.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to influence and engage stakeholders.
