Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic customer communication plans for the MEA region across various channels.

  • Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to align communication efforts and objectives.
  • Manage content creation, localization, and distribution processes for diverse customer segments.
  • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of communication campaigns, adapting strategies for optimal engagement.
  • Identify and explore new communication opportunities and channels to reach and engage customers in MEA.

Requirements

  • Extensive proven experience in customer communications, public relations, or marketing, with a focus on the MEA region.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful strategic communication plans.
  • Strong understanding of diverse cultural nuances and market dynamics within the Middle East and Africa.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with meticulous attention to detail and strong editorial judgment.
  • Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proven collaborative skills and experience working effectively with cross-functional and international teams.
