Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute channel sales strategies to expand market presence.
- Recruit, onboard, and manage a portfolio of channel partners (agents, VARs, etc.).
- Drive sales and revenue growth for AireSpring’s telecom and managed services offerings.
- Enable partners with product knowledge, sales tools, and marketing resources.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure partner and customer success.
- Monitor channel performance, analyze market trends, and report on KPIs.
Requirements
- Proven experience in channel management or sales within the telecom or managed services industry.
- Strong understanding of IT and network solutions (SD-WAN, SASE, UCaaS, etc.).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote environment.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Familiarity with ITSM platforms and AIOps concepts is a plus.
