    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and cultivate strong relationships with channel partners to drive sales growth.
    • Promote and sell AireSpring’s comprehensive portfolio of telecom and managed services.
    • Educate partners on the benefits and features of the AIreCONTROL ITSM platform.
    • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless service delivery and partner satisfaction.
    • Identify and recruit new strategic partners to expand market reach.
    • Manage sales pipelines, forecast revenue, and achieve assigned sales quotas.

    Requirements

    • Proven experience in channel sales or business development, preferably in telecom or managed IT services.
    • Familiarity with technologies such as SD-WAN, SASE, unified communications, and ITSM.
    • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Self-motivated and capable of working effectively in a remote work environment.
    • Demonstrated ability to manage complex sales cycles and build lasting partnerships.
    • Associate level experience (equivalent to 2+ years of relevant industry experience).
