Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective channel sales strategies to maximize market penetration and revenue.
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new value-added resellers (VARs) and system integrators.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing channel partners, ensuring high satisfaction and loyalty.
- Provide comprehensive sales support, product training, and technical guidance to partners.
- Monitor channel performance, analyze sales data, and develop action plans to achieve targets.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create effective channel enablement programs.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in channel management or sales within the ICT sector.
- Demonstrated success in recruiting, developing, and managing a network of resellers and integrators.
- Excellent understanding of the technology distribution model and partner ecosystem.
