Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
• Manage a specific kitchen station, ensuring efficiency and quality.
• Supervise junior kitchen staff and provide guidance and training.
• Maintain strict hygiene and sanitation standards in the work area.
• Collaborate with the Head Chef and Sous Chef on menu development and kitchen operations.
• Control inventory and minimize waste in your section.

• Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar culinary role.
• Proficiency in various cooking techniques and cuisines.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
