Club Med is seeking a talented Chef de Partie (Confeitaria) to join its team at a resort in Portugal or abroad. In this role, you will be responsible for creating exceptional pastry and dessert items, contributing to the upscale, friendly, and multicultural culinary experience for guests.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and present a wide array of high-quality pastry, dessert, and confectionery items.
- Ensure all desserts adhere to Club Med’s high standards of quality and presentation.
- Manage the pastry section of the kitchen, including inventory, ordering, and stock rotation.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new and innovative dessert menus.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic work environment in the pastry section.
- Train and supervise junior pastry staff, fostering a positive and productive team atmosphere.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Chef de Partie in pastry or a similar role in a hotel or resort.
- Strong knowledge of various pastry techniques, baking, and dessert preparation.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environment.
- Excellent creativity and attention to detail in food presentation.
- Ability to work as part of a multicultural team and adapt to diverse working conditions.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required by resort operations.
