Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook dishes in the hot and cold sections of the kitchen, ensuring high quality and consistency.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to all food safety and hygiene standards.
- Collaborate with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to develop menu items and specials.
- Manage inventory of ingredients and supplies for the assigned section.
- Train and mentor junior kitchen staff, ensuring proper techniques are followed.
- Contribute to the overall smooth operation of the kitchen and ensure guest satisfaction.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role, with a strong background in Continental Cuisine.
- Proficiency in both hot and cold food preparation.
- Excellent knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation principles.
