Requirements
- Proven track record in executive leadership or global executive recruitment, preferably with two decades of experience.
- Demonstrated ability to drive business growth and significantly impact financial performance (EBITDA).
- Exceptional strategic thinking, business acumen, and an extensive global talent network.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, agile environment across diverse sectors.
