We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) to join Cornerstone Global Partners (CGP Group) in Kampala, Uganda. As CHRO, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing all aspects of human resources management, ensuring the alignment of HR strategies with the company’s business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s overall business plan and objectives.
- Lead all HR functions, including talent acquisition, talent management, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and HR compliance.
- Build and maintain a strong company culture focused on employee engagement and high performance.
- Oversee talent acquisition to ensure hiring of top-tier talent and effective onboarding processes.
- Develop and implement performance management systems to drive employee development and organizational success.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) or similar senior HR leadership role.
- Strong understanding of HR functions and best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
- Experience in managing and developing high-performing HR teams.
- Experience in the recruitment of top-tier talents
