Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies aligned with the group’s business objectives.
- Oversee all aspects of human resources operations, including recruitment, compensation, benefits, and employee relations.
- Lead talent management initiatives, including succession planning and leadership development.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations across all operating regions.
- Foster a positive and high-performance organizational culture aligned with the group’s core values.
- Drive innovation and digital transformation within HR functions.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Chief Human Resources Officer or equivalent senior HR leadership role.
- Extensive knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and international HR operations.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic HR initiatives.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in a diversified global enterprise is highly preferred.
- Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
