Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive information security strategies and programs across the organization.
• Oversee the protection of sensitive financial data, digital assets, and critical infrastructure within the crypto-economy.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements, industry standards, and data protection laws.
• Manage and lead the information security team, including incident response, vulnerability management, and security awareness.
• Conduct regular risk assessments and implement effective mitigation strategies to safeguard systems and information.
• Advise senior management on cybersecurity risks, trends, and best practices.

Requirements

• Extensive experience (10+ years) in information security leadership roles, preferably within financial services or the cryptocurrency sector.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks, regulatory compliance, and industry best practices.
• Proven ability to develop, implement, and manage robust security strategies and operations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to articulate complex security concepts.
• Experience with risk management, security auditing, and incident response planning.
• Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CISA) are highly desirable.
