Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic medical leadership and oversight for all health-related initiatives within MIRA’s portfolio.
• Oversee and enhance endocrinology services, ensuring high standards of patient care and treatment protocols.
• Develop and implement comprehensive medical policies, procedures, and quality assurance programs.
• Manage and mentor medical staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous professional development.
• Collaborate with management on the planning and integration of healthcare services within new and existing developments.
• Ensure compliance with all local and international medical regulations and ethical standards.

Requirements

• Medical Degree (MD) with specialization in Endocrinology.
• Extensive clinical experience and a proven track record in medical leadership, preferably 10+ years.
• Valid medical license and board certification in Endocrinology.
• Strong understanding of healthcare management, regulatory compliance, and quality improvement.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, multicultural environment in Dubai.
