Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the overall product vision and strategy for Bybit’s financial ecosystem.
• Lead the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and development to launch and iteration.
• Drive innovation in digital assets, cross-border payments, and real-world asset exposure.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, and operations teams to deliver integrated solutions.
• Oversee the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market needs.
• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing product management organization.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Chief Product Officer or in a similar senior executive product leadership role.
• Deep expertise in financial services, digital assets, cryptocurrency, or related technology sectors.
• Strong strategic thinking with a demonstrated ability to translate vision into actionable product plans.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and rapidly evolving industry environment.
• Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
