Key Responsibilities

• Lead, plan, and supervise all surveying activities for large-scale construction and infrastructure projects.
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of all survey data, calculations, and documentation.
• Develop, implement, and maintain surveying methodologies, procedures, and quality standards.
• Manage and mentor a team of surveyors, providing technical guidance and performance evaluations.
• Collaborate effectively with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations and project specifications throughout all surveying operations.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Chief Surveyor or in a similar senior surveying position, preferably within large-scale construction.
• Extensive expertise in various surveying techniques, instruments (GPS, total stations, laser scanners), and software.
• Proficiency in CAD software and other relevant surveying and mapping applications.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working in a multicultural team.
• Thorough understanding of international surveying standards, regulations, and best practices.
